Terms and Conditions for Visa Services

1. General provisions

These terms are a public offer by PT Butler Visa Group (NPWP 43.708.532.7-905.000, registered address: Jalan Mertanadi, Br. Abianbase, Kuta, Kab. Badung, Bali, Indonesia), the "Provider", and govern visa and related services provided to any person, the "Client".

Payment for a service constitutes the Client's full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. The agreement between the Provider and the Client is concluded at the moment of payment.

2. Scope of services

The Provider offers consulting, document preparation and review, application submission and support for visas, residence permits (KITAS, KITAP) and entry permits for Indonesia and other countries.

The scope, price, estimated timeline and document list of a service are stated on its page on this website or agreed with the Client in writing by messenger or email before payment.

3. Ordering

• The Client selects a service on the website and contacts the Provider via WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
• The Provider confirms the scope, price, timeline and document list.
• The Client pays for the service and provides the documents and information required to deliver it.
• The Provider starts work after receiving payment and the complete set of documents.

4. Price and payment

• The price of a service is stated on the website or in an individual quote. Unless stated otherwise, the price includes the Provider's fee and the government or consular fees listed on the service page.
• Services are paid 100% in advance unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
• Bank and payment system charges on the Client's side are paid by the Client.
• The price of a paid service does not change unless a government authority changes its fee before the application is submitted. The Provider informs the Client of any such change before submission.

5. Timelines

Timelines stated on the website are estimates and run from receipt of payment and the complete set of documents. Processing times are set by government authorities and consulates, and the Provider is not responsible for their extension.

6. Client obligations

• Provide accurate, complete and valid documents and information.
• Respond promptly to requests from the Provider and government authorities.
• Hold a valid passport with sufficient validity for the selected visa.
• Comply with the immigration law of the country of stay and the conditions of the issued visa.

7. Government decisions

Only the competent government authority or consulate decides whether to issue a visa, residence permit or entry permit. The Provider does not guarantee approval. A visa does not guarantee entry: the final decision is made by border control.

We recommend not buying non-refundable tickets or bookings before the visa is issued.

8. Cancellation and refunds

• If the Client cancels the service before work starts, the Provider refunds the payment in full.
• If work has started but the application has not been submitted, the Provider refunds the payment less the cost of work actually performed and expenses incurred on the Client's behalf.
• Once the application is submitted to a government authority or consulate, government fees and paid third-party costs are non-refundable, and the Provider's service is considered delivered.
• A refusal by a government authority is not grounds for a refund unless the service page states otherwise.
• If the application is not submitted or is refused through the Provider's fault, the Provider resubmits it at its own cost or, at the Client's choice, refunds the Provider's fee.
• Refund requests are sent to accounts@butler.live. Refunds are made by the original payment method within 14 business days after confirmation.

9. Liability

The Provider's liability is limited to the fee paid by the Client for the relevant service. The Provider is not liable for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information from the Client, decisions and processing times of government authorities, changes in law, or the Client's travel, ticket and accommodation costs.

10. Personal data

The Provider processes the Client's personal data only to deliver the service and shares it with government authorities, consulates and partners to the extent required to submit the application. Data is kept for the period required by law. Deletion requests are sent to accounts@butler.live.

11. Claims and disputes

Claims are sent in writing to accounts@butler.live. The Provider responds to a claim within 10 business days. Disputes not settled by negotiation are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia and heard by the court at the Provider's registered address.

12. Changes to these terms

The Provider may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page. A paid service is governed by the version in force on the date of payment.
