Details
The E28A Investor KITAS is a residence permit for investors and business owners in Indonesia. It is intended for people who invest in a PT PMA company and participate in the business as a shareholder, director, or authorized representative.
The permit is issued for two years and can be renewed. While it is valid, you can enter and leave Indonesia without limit, manage the company legally, receive income from the company's business activities, use local healthcare services, and open accounts with Indonesian banks.
You can also apply from Indonesia for visas to other countries, including Schengen visas and visas for Japan and the United States.
If you are already in Indonesia, you can convert to an Investor KITAS from any visa type without leaving the country.
A spouse, children, and parents can apply for Family KITAS permits, and their applications can begin at the same time as the investor's application.
Important: the PT PMA company must be registered before the Investor KITAS application can begin. We can handle the company registration process end to end.
