4. Application registration: a registration number is normally assigned within three business days, confirming that the mark has been accepted for review.

You may begin using the trademark in your business once the application has been registered.

Certificate: the final certificate is normally issued in approximately 12 months, and the notice is sent by email.

Validity: the trademark is protected for ten years and can be renewed.
