It is granted for an initial period of five years, with the possibility of an additional five-year extension, allowing for a stay of up to ten years.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify for a Second Home visa, you must meet financial requirements: you must have at least US$130,000 in your account at one of Indonesia's state-owned banks, or you must own real estate worth at least US$1,000,000 with the right to use (Hak Pakai).

You have the right to manage the funds in your account during the visa's validity. However, immigration authorities may request proof of sufficient funds at any time. If you cannot prove sufficient funds, your visa and those of your family members may be revoked.
